To get it working: Turn on your Xbox One controller and place it close to your PC. Navigate to Settings in Windows, then Devices. Enable Bluetooth and wait for Windows to load the dependencies. Press the Bind button at the top of the controller. When the controller appears in the list of Devices, select Pair. It could be an issue with your Win7 being outdated. PDP says all their Xbox One controllers when used on PC use the official Microsoft drivers. There are just cheaper cause Wired Only; they are backed by Microsoft as far as all the ® goes. But wired only is why they are cheaper.
Note: Your Xbox One controller needs to be connected to your PC through the micro USB cable for PC gaming.
