I would suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps:
Method 1:First, you may try the Printer troubleshooter, which will attempt to automatically diagnose and fix your problem.
Method 2: Also you may try to disable and enable XPS viewer from Windows Features and check if it helps. To do so, follow these steps.
a. Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Turn Windows features on or off. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
b. From the list find “XPS viewer” and expand it. Turn it off by UN checking this option. Wait until the feature is disabled, click OK and restart the computer.
c. Once the computer is restarted, turn it on in the same way by checking the XPS viewer back on. Check to see if the problem persists.
